Consent to personal data processing

1.1. By ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data” in the form on gigabytebot.com, I act freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and give specific, informed and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data by the operator — the owner of the website, an individual (the “Operator”) — on the terms set out below (Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”).

• handling my request, contacting me via the contact I gave, advising me on the Operator’s services;
• preparing a proposal, concluding and performing a services contract;
• protecting the form against spam and automated submissions.

• your name (or another form of address you give);
• a contact: Telegram, phone number or e-mail address;
• a description of your task or project and the selected service (if provided);
• the language version of the Website (Russian or English) and the address of the referring page.

3.1. The Operator does not request or process special categories of personal data or biometric data.

4.1. Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons named in section 5, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is mixed — with and without automation, with transmission over the Internet.

• the hosting provider whose equipment runs the Website (located in Germany) — as a provider of server infrastructure; the provider has no substantive access to the content of requests;
• the Telegram messenger (Telegram Messenger Inc. and/or Telegram FZ-LLC) — to deliver to the Operator a notification of a new request (a copy of the request data);
• public authorities — only in cases and in the manner expressly provided for by law.

5.1. The Website database is hosted on a server located in Germany.

6.1. I agree that a copy of the data I provide is sent to the Telegram messenger, whose servers are located in various countries, including outside Belarus and Russia, and that the Website database is hosted in Germany.

6.2. I have been informed that in such states the level of data protection may differ from that in Russia and public authorities may access the data under their laws (Article 12 of Law No. 152-FZ).

7.1. The consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but for no more than 3 years after my last contact, unless law or a contract requires otherwise.

7.2. I may withdraw consent at any time without giving reasons by sending an application to the Operator: aleksandrlepesa511@gmail.com or Telegram @qorzz. The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal (Article 21 of Law No. 152-FZ), unless there are other grounds provided by law. Withdrawal is not retroactive: processing before withdrawal remains lawful.

8.1. My rights (obtaining information about processing, changing, stopping processing and deleting data, withdrawing consent, complaining to Roskomnadzor or a court) and how to exercise them are described in the Personal data processing policy, which I have read.

8.2. Consent is voluntary. If I do not give consent, the request form will not be sent, but I can contact the Operator directly via the contacts on the Website; my data will then be processed to the extent of my message in order to reply to it. Consent is not a condition for receiving services beyond the data processing needed to provide them.

8.3. The Operator keeps the date and time of my consent and the version number of this document as proof of consent.
