Terms of use
Rules for using the website and general terms for services (gigabytebot.com).
Version: 02 October 2026
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of gigabytebot.com (the “Website”), owned by the owner of the website, an individual (the “Owner”). Contact: aleksandrlepesa511@gmail.com or Telegram @qorzz.
1.2. By continuing to use the Website you agree to the Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1.3. The Terms have two parts: Part I (sections 1–8) — rules for using the Website; Part II (sections 9–17) — general terms for the Owner’s services. Personal data processing is governed by separate documents — the Policy and the Consent — which are not part of the Terms.
2. Informational nature of the Website
2.1. The Website contains information about the Owner’s services: service descriptions, work examples, testimonials and answers to questions. It is for information only and is not a public offer within the meaning of civil law. The scope of services, timing and price are agreed individually; any prices and timings on the Website are indicative.
2.2. Work examples, figures and testimonials illustrate the Owner’s experience and do not guarantee that a similar result will be achieved in your project: it depends on many factors, including ones beyond the Owner’s control.
3. Rules of use
3.1. You may use the Website to learn about the services and to contact the Owner.
3.2. You must not: use the Website to send spam, bulk automated form submissions, brute force, vulnerability scanning or other actions that create load or a security threat; try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its control panel or other people’s data; submit unlawful material, malicious code or information that infringes third-party rights through the form; impersonate another person.
3.3. By entering information in the form you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it (including data of other people).
3.4. The Owner may restrict access to the Website or ignore requests where necessary to protect the Website and comply with the law.
4. Intellectual property
4.1. The Website’s materials — texts, design, graphics, photographs, source code, names and structure — are protected by copyright and belong to the Owner or are used by the Owner on a lawful basis. Exclusive rights are not transferred.
4.2. Copying, reproducing, adapting and distributing the Website’s materials for commercial purposes without the Owner’s written consent is prohibited. Quotation with attribution and an active link to the Website is allowed.
4.3. Names of messengers, social networks, technologies and services mentioned on the Website belong to their owners and are used only to describe the services.
5. Third-party services and links
5.1. The Website may contain links to third-party resources (messengers, social networks, the Owner’s profiles). The Owner does not control their content or rules and is not responsible for them. By using them you accept their terms and policies.
5.2. Third-party services (for example Telegram, e-mail) are used to communicate with the Owner. Their availability and operation do not depend on the Owner.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. The Website is provided “as is”. The Owner strives for uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors and inaccuracies and is not liable for losses caused by failures of hosting, networks, browsers and third-party services, unless the law provides otherwise.
6.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for indirect losses and lost profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website.
6.3. These limitations do not affect rights that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including consumer rights) or liability for intentional misconduct.
7. Communications and mailings
7.1. By contacting the Owner you agree that the Owner will reply to you using the contact you provide. The Owner sends promotional and informational mailings only with your separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
8. Governing law and disputes concerning use of the Website
8.1. The use of the Website is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. The parties will try to resolve disputes by negotiation; a claim may be sent to the Owner at the contact above, and the reply period is 30 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it is heard in the court at the Owner’s place of residence or location, unless mandatory rules of law (in particular on consumer protection) provide otherwise.
8.2. If any provision of the Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
9. Services and how to order
9.1. The Owner provides development of websites, landing pages and MVPs, Telegram bots and Mini Apps, technical audits and support. Scope, timing and price are agreed individually after a brief and recorded in a contract or written confirmation (including correspondence in a messenger or by e-mail).
9.2. A request through the Website is an invitation to start a discussion, not the conclusion of a contract. A contract is concluded once both parties have agreed the scope, timing and price and the client has accepted these terms.
10. Estimates, timing and revisions
10.1. Before work starts, the scope, stages, deadline and price are agreed. Revisions within the agreed scope are included in the price; new tasks and changes in scope are estimated and agreed separately.
10.2. Timing depends on the client providing materials, access and decisions on time. If the client is late, deadlines move by the length of the delay.
11. Payment and launch
11.1. The usual format is staged payment: part before work begins and part after a stage is accepted. Release to production follows approval of the result and payment for the corresponding stage.
11.2. The price and currency are stated in the agreement. Bank and payment-system fees and taxes or charges levied on the client’s side are paid by the client. If payment is late, the Owner may suspend work.
12. Client materials and obligations
12.1. The client provides texts, images, logos, access and other materials, confirms that it is entitled to use them, and is responsible for the lawfulness of its content and business (including required legal documents and advertising labelling where applicable).
12.2. The client accepts the work or sends reasoned comments in good time. The work is deemed accepted if no comments are received within the period agreed by the parties (or, absent one, within 5 working days).
13. Rights in the results
13.1. After full payment, the client receives rights to custom materials and code in the agreed scope. Third-party libraries, fonts and services are governed by their licences; the Owner keeps rights to its own know-how and general components not created specifically for the client.
13.2. Unless agreed otherwise, the Owner may mention the completed project in a portfolio in general terms (without confidential data). If you object, tell the Owner before work starts.
14. Warranty
14.1. Defects caused by the Owner in the agreed scope are fixed free of charge within 14 days after launch.
14.2. The warranty does not cover failures of hosting, messengers, browsers and third-party APIs, changes to their rules, actions of the client or third parties, changes to the code made by anyone other than the Owner, or work beyond the agreed scope.
15. Confidentiality
15.1. The parties do not disclose to third parties each other’s non-public information learned in the course of work (access credentials, business information, code before publication), except where needed to perform the contract or required by law.
16. Liability and termination
16.1. The Owner’s total liability under a contract is limited to the price of the paid stage in which the loss arose, and indirect losses and lost profit are not compensated — to the extent permitted by law.
16.2. Either party may end the cooperation by written notice. The client then pays for work actually done and documented expenses; finished results are handed over after settlement.
16.3. The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure, provided they notify each other without delay.
17. Sanctions, governing law and disputes under a services contract
17.1. The Owner complies with applicable economic sanctions and export controls. The Owner may decline to enter into a contract, suspend or terminate services and return payments received if providing the services or receiving payment is expressly prohibited by applicable law or creates a risk of violation. The client confirms that it is not subject to sanctions that make performance of the contract impossible and will not use the results for prohibited purposes.
17.2. A services contract is governed by the law of the Russian Federation unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; failing that, in the court at the Owner’s place of residence or location or, where the contract is international, as agreed by the parties in the contract. Consumer clients keep the rights provided by the mandatory rules of the law of their country of residence.
17.3. The Terms are written in Russian; the English translation is for reference and the Russian text prevails in case of discrepancy.
17.4. Version date: 02 October 2026. The Owner may change the Terms; the new version takes effect upon publication and does not alter terms of contracts already agreed.
